Hey everyone, thanks for the feedback, kind words and support on the Planteer vision. This only reinforces why we are doing this and why collaboration amongst businesses is important. As I write this, Colossians 3:23 AMP comes to mind, it says “Whatever you do [whatever your task may be], work from the soul [that is, put in your very best effort], as [something done] for the Lord and not for men”. This is the energy we aim to carry forward.
So now you know who we are and why we’re doing this, the next step is introducing what we do and how we do it. As business developers who are passionate about building and growing solution-providing businesses, we apply this skill-set and passion to our venture building approach, getting businesses from the early stages to sustainable growth stage and beyond. We believe that God blesses us to be a blessing to others and at Planteer that is our aim, to use every gift at our disposal to improve the lives and businesses we come across.
So on to our approach:
At Planteer we believe ideas are important and as a hybrid Venture Builder we work on internally generated ideas from the team and also external ideas from founders and entrepreneurs.
We work to validate the ideas, testing if it works for the proposed market and if the time is right. Once we’ve properly validated and vetted the ideas, we assemble all the resources (people, tools and collaborators) to bring this idea to life on a solid foundation. Then we launch the product/service, targeting sustainable scalability and speed to market to reach as many customers as possible. Our work doesn’t stop once a product/service hits the market though, we continue collaborating with our founders and entrepreneurs to improve the solutions and the people who work on them collectively.
We believe in curating tailor made services to fit each founder/entreprenur’s needs, sitting down with them to get a feel for what problems they aim to solve, and why and how we can help bring the vision to life. Planteer believes people bring unique perspectives and skillsets to the table and this is all taken on board when assembling the teams and collaborators to build these solution-providing businesses.
